F2R502E: Implementation of services

Coordinator:  Ahmed BOUABDALLAH

Presentation

CAMEL (Customized Applications for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic) is the reference in services architecture for mobile operators. The task of standardisation, initially undertaken by ETSI then continued by 3GPP consisted in adapting the concept of an intelligent network developed by ITU-T to the mobile context. Its deployment by the majority of European operators testifies to its stability and maturity.
