F2R534: Advanced Mobile Services

Presentation

In order to open a mobile telephone service, an operator deploy base stations on the territory where the telephone service is to be available and judiciously parameter the network (choice of frequencies, transmission power ...). The quality of the communications on the network is largely dependent on this particular engineering stage, prior to deployment of the network.
