F2B202A: Perimeter and evolution of information systems

Presentation

This module examines current problems in the field of information system from an industrial aspect. The lectures should clarify the position of the information system within the company and that of the computerised system within the information system.

First there is an overview of the evolution of information systems with regard to the evolution of companies and their needs.

Various lectures given by professionals lead to a study of the more specific aspects of I.S., such as I.S. urbanisation and the integration of company applications.
