Aims To acquire sufficient understanding of the law concerning electronic communications, of the sociology of usage and of the the marketing of interactive services to be able to draw up reports and elaborate scenarios of strategic marketing. It will include a theoretical reflection( based on 2 or 3 articles) and an empirical development.
