| The "Management and Information Systems" option analyses the recent increase in ICTs within companies and their main functions: marketing, strategy, human resources, production. The course covers the stakes, the setting up and the consequences of new professional systems of information. This leads to an assessment of the overall coherence of these information systems. Theme 1: Professional skills and the Information System - Marketing and IS: e-marketing devices, CRM (Consumer Relationship Management), multichannel ... - Human resources and IS: B-to-E devices, knowledge management Theme 2: Transversal questions of Information Systems - ERPs: problematics, setting up - Information system management (ISM) within organizations The skills acquired in this Unit concern the understanding of technical and organizational solutions which students may have to pilot (project management) or to advise (information systems consultancy) during their future professional occupations. The unit (UV) has one module. | |
