Far from being considered a constraint, goals of general interest ( such as respect for the environment, health care, social policies…)are often strategically integrated in company policy as they willingly accept the very high-profile concepts of sustainable development. These values and moral rules have become part of business ethics. This question is usually treated in a framework of general culture education but here we treat it in an operational perspective, looking at its impact on company management and service engineering.
