| The "Management and Information Systems" option analyses the recent increase in ICTs within companies and their main functions: marketing, strategy, logistics, human resources, production. The course covers the stakes, the setting up and the consequences of new professional systems of information. This leads to an assessment of the overall coherence of these information systems. Theme 1: Professional skills and the Information System - Marketing and IS: e-marketing devices, CRM (Consumer Relationship Management), multichannel ... - Theme 2:Transversal questions relative to Information Systems - ERPs: problematic, setting up - Urbanisation: problematic setting up - Knowledge management - IS management within organizations Skills acquired in this unit concern technical and organizational solutions which students may be required to pilot or advise on in their future business career.
